Hello, I am Juliet Burton— a trusts and estates attorney and fellow mom, committed to helping families protect what matters most.
Outside of work, I enjoy comedies, line dancing, playing a competitive (but friendly!) game of Cribbage or Mah Jong, as well as exploring my adopted city of Los Angeles.
I’ve enjoyed helping countless individuals and families create thoughtful estate plans that honor their wishes and safeguard their loved ones. Planning for the future can feel overwhelming—but it doesn’t have to be. I’m here to guide you through the estate planning process with compassion, clarity, and trusted legal expertise.
My journey into estate planning began before I even entered law school. As a young adult, I lost my single mother unexpectedly—and found myself navigating the probate process while being a source of support for my two younger sisters. While I was fortunate to receive some guidance, our unique situation wasn’t always fully understood. That personal experience shaped the way I practice law today: I listen, I care, and I understand that no two families are the same.
As both an attorney and a mother, I’m especially passionate about helping parents secure their children’s futures and avoid unnecessary legal complications. I work to protect families from exposure to probate, conservatorship, and avoidable taxes. I help clients maximize the transfer of wealth to their loved ones.
To make estate planning as accessible as possible, I offer flat fees, flexible scheduling, and a personalized approach. Every estate plan is customized to address a person’s distinct circumstances. My goal is to provide quality legal services and build long-term relationships with my clients by being a trusted advisor.
Let’s create a plan that brings you clarity and peace of mind, knowing the people you love will be protected. I look forward to walking this important path with you.
If you’d like to get a deeper sense of why I do this work—and the values that guide my practice—I invite you to read my personal reflection, “Giving, Legacy, and the Law,” where I share how a favorite childhood book continues to shape my philosophy as an estate planning attorney.

Professional Experience
Before starting my solo practice, I gained years of valuable experience working in both boutique and mid-sized law firms in the Los Angeles area, where I focused exclusively on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. That time deepened my legal skill set and reinforced my commitment to providing clients with personal, attentive service.
